Description: T-Scan is more that just a text and keyword matching program. T-Scan actually looks for variable declarations of specified data types and performs the scan on these, so for example you could look for all variables of type DateTime or String. Combined with powerful keyword both positve and negative ie if MM is a keyword and is found in negative keyword COMMIT then this hit would not be reported and Pattern matching T-Scan is a complete solution for all Powerbuilder and SQL Year 2000 or Code audit purposes. After scanning T-Scan provides an array of facilities to identify and classify your hits. Just double click on a hit and an editor is lauunched with your source code and all hits are coloured in blue enabling easy identification. Full On-line help is available making T- Scan the only scanner you will need for all Powerbuilder and SQL T-Scan also has generic scanning for other types of code and works very successfully with C/C++ and Unix shell scripts , if fact any type of code that can be exported to text can be scanned. T-Scan has utilities to extract code and objects straight from Powerbuilder PBL files and for an additional cost a utility to extract SQL stored procedures and other objects direct from Sybase or MS SQL Server databases The ability to scan more than 5 files at a time
