Das Arbeiten mit BodyForm gestaltet sich wie folgt
Beim ersten Start geben sie zun?chst Ihre pers?nlichen Stammdaten ein. Aus diesen werden dann alle f?r das Programm n?tigen Informationen berechnet.
Danach gelangen sie ins Hauptfenster und Arbeitsfenster.
Nun w?hlen sie ein vorgegebenes Ern?hrungsprofil je nach dem was Sie erreichen wollen Di?t oder Gewichtszunahme . Nach Auswahl des Profils zeigt BodyForm auf der rechten Seite ihre Zielkalorienmenge ben?tigten Kalorien um das ausgew?hlte Ziel zu erreichen Ziel -> xxx kcal.
W?hlen Sie nun Nahrungsmittel aus der Datenbank aus und ?bernehmen es mit einem Klick auf den gr?nen Pfeil in die jeweilig ausgew?hlte Mahlzeit. Die erfassten Daten k?nnen Sie sp?ter grafisch ?ber #8222;Tagesauswertung anzeigen lassen.
Um nicht st?ndig in einer riesigen Datenbank navigieren zu m?ssen, gibt Ihnen BodyForm die M?glichkeit sich eine pers?nliche Datenbank aufzubauen und diese in verschiedene Gruppen einzuteilen diese Gruppen sind frei w?hlbar Fisch, Fleisch, ... .
In Verbindung mit dem Rezepteditor, k?nnen Sie Ihre Stammgerichte als Nahrungsmittel in Ihre pers?nliche Datenbank einbauen. Nach ein paar Wochen werden Sie in Ihrer pers?nlichen Datenbank nur 100 -150 Eintr?ge haben, die Ihre komplette Ern?hrung abdeckt.
Ern?hrungspl?ne so k?nnen Sie selbstverst?ndlich auch ausdrucken.
