Within this library you get strong crypting functions based on RSA, DES, SHA1 methods right inside the server.This maybe very usefull for protecting security sensitive data. Implementing encryption/decryption on server side, makes you independant from front-end, provide speed and better flexibility of front-end implementation.
This library is well known and listed in usenet MSSQL FAQs. Now, it is ported to Oracle!
Limited version can crypt by RSA method up to 21 chars with 256 bit key.
