CompareWiz is a Microsoft Access 97 add-on that lets you compare database objects -- tables, forms, macros, reports, and so on -- and produce a report indicating any differences. Using CompareWiz couldn't be easier: A wizard steps you through database selection, object selection, and the particular object properties to be compared, then produces the results. In the demo version, you must select the objects you wish to compare; in the registered version, a single-click option makes the job of comparing all objects in a database lightning-fast. CompareWiz produces a table containing a record for each property that differs between objects, showing the value in each version. A menu lets you view, print, or export the results to word processor, spreadsheet, HTML, ASP, or other formats. In short, CompareWiz is a really well-built tool for Access developers.
